I would like to block access to all sites except 2 during the hours of 4pm to 8pm, can anyone tell me how I would accomplish this please?
Lets say the 2 allowable sites are bbc.co.uk and amazon.co.uk

I would like to block access to all sites except 2 during the hours of 4pm to 8pm, can anyone tell me how I would accomplish this please?
